When you book me as your Day-of Coordinator, you can rest easy knowing that an experienced, qualified and dedicated professional is going to manage every detail of your wedding day.
My process begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss the vendors you have hired, the vision you have for your wedding day and the type of day-of coordination services that you are seeking.
Once we develop a plan for your wedding day, I will get to work creating a timeline and contacting vendors to ensure that everything stays on track.
The process comes to life on the actual day of your wedding, when I alleviate the burden of coordinating the logistics by working closely with vendors and all those involved in the wedding preparation process to make sure that your dream wedding becomes a reality.
What’s Included In The Service.
My Day-of Coordinator package is the perfect option for couples who have selected their vendors and completed most of the wedding planning process.
My Day-of Coordinator package (priced at $1950) includes all of the services you need, such as:
WEDDING DAY COVERAGE: Provide complete wedding day management for up to 10 hours.
DETAILED TIMELINE: I work with you and all the vendors to create a detailed and customized timeline for you, the venue, and the vendors.
PRIMARY VENDOR CONTACT: All vendors will have my contact information for the wedding in the unlikely event of an emergency, they will contact me and not you.
VENDOR CONTRACTS: Review of all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what you’ve paid for and will be receiving on your wedding day.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your Vendor List and confirm their arrival times, get insurance info if necessary, meal counts, confirm services booked and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to your wedding day.
COMMUNICATION: Unlimited email and telephone contact with weekly phone/zoom check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.
WEDDING DAY: Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding, this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns.
OUT OF STATE COUPLES: Planning your wedding from a distance? No worries, I got you! I know what to look for and what to avoid. I will make sure that you don't miss anything important in your planning process and give you a list of wedding vendors that I trust with my reputation on the line.
MANNEQUINS FOR YOUR DRESSES: I make sure that your wedding ceremony and wedding reception dresses are well taken care of by providing a mannequin for each dress at no additional cost.
FINAL PAYMENTS: Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors – you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!
