This service focuses on the legal completion of your marriage.
With the $495 Marriage License Signing service, you can expect:
License signing and proper processing
Optional vows, written by me or provided by you
Guidance on New Jersey marriage requirements
Same-day Certified Marriage Certificate support if needed
Assistance for out-of-town couples navigating the New Jersey process
General guidance on name change steps, if desired
This service is intentionally streamlined and does not include ceremony planning or location scouting.
Witness Requirements
In New Jersey:
One witness is required when applying for the marriage license
Two witnesses are required on the day the marriage is completed
If you already have witnesses, that is perfectly fine.
If you need assistance, witness coordination can be provided on the day of service for an additional fee. Please indicate this at the time of booking.

Available for weekday signings, depending on municipal availability.
Weekend signings
Weekend appointments are available. In those cases, license processing occurs on the next business day.
Location
I am based in Union County and travel throughout New Jersey for license signings. This service is not offered outside of New Jersey

Please do not list me or my business as your officiant when applying for your marriage license unless you have officially booked my services.
New Jersey requires an officiant to be confirmed before a license is issued. Providing incorrect information on legal documents is not permitted.
Once booked, I will provide the correct information to use.
